Cheerz is a family run business, originally established in 1997 by the owner Elaine Donaldson, who started the business working from home. As the business took off, Elaine became a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) which is a recognised balloon industry qualification and means you can expect to receive the best balloon decorating service available in the industry.
Elaine has appeared on TV in the past and more recently, a local radio station broadcast it's early morning show on location from the shop premises.
Cheerz has built a reputation for quality, excellent service and imagination in the decorations that we create and we are proud to bring colour and atmosphere to our clients celebrations!
